Fully Being Journal
The journal is where you can take notes, write your own ideas and experiences as you move through the course. It can be enlightening sometimes to review your personal experiences and how they may change over time. Of course, if writing is not your thing, you can use any of the arts (music, yoga, Chi-gong, dance, pottery, etc.) to enhance your experience of the course. We learn in different ways (at least 7) and verbal/linguistic skills are only one. So find what works for you. The main point is to create a record of your personal experiences.
