Fully Being is well suited to group study. This page is intended for those who may wish to join a group, or for those who may wish to start or to share a group. This page is currently under development; please contact us if you have questions. Thanks!

Existing Groups

If you wish to list your group on this page, please send information about the group to the Fully Being registrar. Please include information such as in person or remote participation, location, time & timezone, who the group is for, contact person, etc.

Sunshine Coast, Australia

Currently meet at 10am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, both in-person at Windhorse Health Clinic in Queensland (Sunshine Coast) and online via Zoom. The sessions generally start with a meditation practice, a short teaching video from the module we are currently studying, some gentle QiGong practices, followed by discussion and finishing with a somatic mindfulness meditation.
