Grounded Body 6-Week Live Course, Spring, 2024

Overview

In this new live six-week course, we will explore the Grounded Body aspect of the Fully Being teachings. With a curated curriculum focusing on weekly themes such as Finding the Body, Learning to Relax from Within and Opening to Sensitivity, we will journey though a selection of Fully Being teachings together.

This six-week course includes:

  • curated Fully Being lessons on developing more groundedness in the body
  • weekly live Q+A discussion sessions with Fully Being facilitators
  • daily email reflection prompts
  • weekly guided meditations

We will all deepen our knowledge and capacity to embody groundedness.

Who is This For?

This new course is for everyone. New students of Fully Being will be introduced to essential content, and more experienced practitioners of Fully Being can refresh their knowledge and practice of these core principles.
