Grounded Body: 6 Week Guided Course

Join us for this new guided course which will explore the Grounded Body aspects of Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s teachings from Fully Being. These teachings help us to calm our nervous, speedy energy and find a sense of calm and stability in our embodiment. 

This course includes:

  • Weekly recorded teachings and guided meditations from Tsoknyi Rinpoche
  • Seven live-online sessions with Fully Being facilitators
  • Daily email contemplations to encourage your practice
  • Access to recordings of the weekly guided sessions
  • Access to the course for as long as you are a subscriber (or lifetime access?)

Who is This For?

This course is designed for meditators who want to cultivate more groundedness and calm in their practice and life. It is open to all regardless of their meditation experience. Students who are new to this content will have the opportunity to be guided through the practices. More experienced practitioners can refresh their knowledge and practice in a supportive community.

  • Course begins with a live-online Welcome Session on Sunday, May 5
  • Course ends with a wrap-up session on Sunday, June 16
  • The guided sessions will be recorded and posted

This course is available to all paid subscribers of Fully Being. Please note that you will have to subscribe for at least two months to engage in this course (May and June).

Tsoknyi Rinpoche

For over three decades, Tsoknyi Rinpoche has been teaching students worldwide about the innermost nature of mind in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and more recently, how to be a healthy human being with his course, Fully Being. Rinpoche is one of those rare teachers whose lighthearted, yet illuminating style appeals to both beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Grounded Body Course Facilitators

Scott Tusa is a Buddhist meditation teacher and practitioner who has spent the last 23 years exploring how to embody and live meaningfully through the Buddhist path. 

Scott was ordained by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama as a Buddhist monk and spent nine years as a monastic. He has been teaching Buddhist meditation in group and one-to-one settings since 2008. 

He is currently based in Mexico where he lives with his wife and young daughter.

Adam Kane is the primary translator for Tsoknyi Rinpoche and has been interpreting, translating, writing and developing curriculum for his root lamas and various other lamas and khenpos since 2013.

Adam began exploring the Buddha-Dharma in the Theravada lineage in 2001. After two years in a forest monastery, he began practicing Tibetan Buddhism under his teacher Tsoknyi Rinpoche. Adam has an MA in Buddhist Studies from Rangjung Yeshe Institute in Nepal. 

He is currently based in Crestone, Colorado, and enjoys walking in the mountains in his spare time.
