The course is divided into three sections: Grounded Body, Warm Heart and Clear Mind, a theme repeated throughout all the courses.
Method
You can watch the video clips, review the key points and play with the exercises associated with each lesson. A guided meditation and a review lesson are also included. Consider following a daily practice schedule that can include (up to you) yoga or chi-gong warmups.
