Overview
In this first week of the course, we will focus on dropping the thinking mind and landing in the body, the entrypoint to Fully Being’s practical teachings. The modern world we live in often leads to an excessive dominance of the thinking mind, at the expense of embodiment and groundedness. The practice of dropping allows us to suddenly and directly learn how to find the body and be in the body in a refreshingly simple way.
