Por favor, incluye informaci\u00f3n como por ejemplo si el grupo realiza encuentros en persona o de forma remota, ubicaci\u00f3n, horario y huso horario, para qui\u00e9n es el grupo, persona de contacto, etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sunshine Coast (Costa Soleada), Australia<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Actualmente se realizan encuentros a las 10 h (Hora Est\u00e1ndar Oriental Australiana) en el primer y el tercer domingo de cada mes, de forma presencial en Windhorse Health Clinic en Queensland (Sunshine Coast) y online via Zoom. Las sesiones generalmente comienzan con una sesi\u00f3n de meditaci\u00f3n, una breve ense\u00f1anza en formato video del m\u00f3dulo que estamos estudiando actualmente, una gentil sesi\u00f3n de pr\u00e1ctica QiGong, que es seguida por un debate y finalizamos con una pr\u00e1ctica de meditaci\u00f3n mindfulness som\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>Todos son bienvenidos, aquellos que son nuevos en la meditaci\u00f3n y los practicantes experimentados.
